Delivery Timeframe

We regret that shipping to U.S. military bases is currently unavailable. Furthermore, we do not offer shipping to multiple addresses within a single order. Please understand that the estimated delivery times may vary, particularly during peak seasons.

Shipping Delays

• If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days, we guarantee a full refund.
• If you experience delivery delays, please reach out. We promise to respond within 12 hours.
• If your order status is ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please check your premises and then contact the shipping company listed in your email notification. If the issue persists, email us at [email protected].
